What are the condition labels of the items?

New With Tag - Never used, original tags attached

New Without Tag - Never used, original tags removed

Like New - Used a few times, no visible wear

Excellent - No visible wear to small minor wear

Very Good - Minor wear

Good - Some wear and/or some flaws

 

We are a 'resale' store and most of our items are not new. We are very transparent and show all known flaws in an item. Our photos are high resolution photos that allows customers to zoom in and view all potential flaws. 

 

Can I rely on the your street size?

We do our best to match each item to the correct street size, based on each brand's size chart as well as the previous owner's experience. However, sometimes items do run larger or smaller, customers should do their due diligence on sizing prior to placing the order.  

How do I cancel an order that I placed?

Once the order is submitted, the order begins processing. You can cancel an order if it has not been shipped. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us ASAP via email at dancewearresale3.0@gmail.com, and we may be able to cancel your order before it being shipped. Any order that has been shipped cannot be cancelled.

My item arrived and it has flaws, what should I do?

Please understand that we are a resale company, and most of our products were pre-used and may have some flaws. With that said, we are very transparent and always show all known flaws in the listing. 

All sales are final unless it is an error on our end. Refer to the Refund Policy for further details. 

How do you handle custom fees?

We are not responsible for any custom fees or any fees associated with import/export at the border. It is your responsibility to cover any custom fees at rare occasion that it may arise. Very rarely will there be any custom fees, but this will depend on your home country. 

Will my order arrive before a specific date? 

The time your package arrives will depend on the postal carrier and where you live, in addition to up to 7 days for order processing. We can not guarantee any orders can arrive before a specific date. If you plan on getting an item as a gift, there is a risk that items may not arrive on time, and we are not responsible for items that do not arrive before a specific date.
